Angela started out as a Food Writer for women’s magazines fifteen years ago before moving to BBC Good Food and Vegetarian Good Food Magazine as Food Editor where she worked for 4 years. After a break travelling round India, South East Asia, China and Australasia returned to the world of freelance food stylist/writer and the setting up of Fork with Silvana and Jenny. Credits as a writer and food stylist include: Magazines Writing and styling features for BBC Good Food, Olive, Delicious, Food and Travel, Sainsbury’s The Magazine, She, Waitrose Seasons and Easy Living magazine. Food Stylist for regular feature in the Saturday Guardian Magazine. Food Stylist for television Worked for several years as a freelance food stylist for many TV cookery program’s such as Dishes, Nigella Bites Series 1 - 3, Ainsley's Big Cook Out, Meals in Minutes and Friends For Dinner. Books Angela is author of the Italian Ingredients Cookbook published in 1997. Contributor and food stylist to the Farmers Market Cookbook published in 2001 by Kyle Cathie. Food Stylist for books such as ‘ Passione’, by Gennaro Contaldo, ‘Crazy Water, Pickled Lemons’ by Diana Henry and most recently ‘Fish’ by Mark Hicks. At present is writing a comprehensive book on Pies for the publishers Cassells due out 2006. Commercial Work Commercial work includes TV Commercials for Old El Paso and Oxo plus poster campaigns for BP Wild Bean Café. Packaging and advertising for Marks & Spencers and Waitrose.
